Our machines are sold with full instructions and an after sales service, it’s not just the machinery that we are concerned with – we care about your safety and your experiences with your brand new hog roasting machine. They are huge pieces of equipment and may look a little intimidating at first, but we give you all the information you need to use them with confidence.
They say that if someone receives good customer service they’re likely to tell a few people, if they have bad customer service they’re more likely to tell the world and his wife. This is why we try so hard to exceed your expectations. We want to you to be completely satisfied with your machine, and we want you to keep coming back to us and recommending us to your friends and associates.
All our machines are CE certified and we have yearly CE inspections so you can rest assured that you’re getting a safe, well made product. They all come with a warranty for 12 months and a 12 month gas safety certificate and you’re unlikely to struggle with any of the machines because they come complete with very comprehensive manual that includes assembly instruction, safety information and handy hints and tips.
Should you feel adventurous, you can log onto our YouTube channel, read our articles, the blog or even ring our staff for advice on how to become a ‘Hog Master!’ We can even arrange for an expert to come out and train you if you want to be completely prepared for using any of our machines at a live event for example.
In the unlikely event of anything going wrong, we can arrange for a qualified engineer to be with you within 3-5 working days (quotes available on request). You won’t be left in the lurch! Full machine services are available for only £75 (plus VAT and parts) and this is a same day service so you’ll have your sparkling machine back and roasting before you know it.
