The chicken spit can accommodate 36 large chickens, 10 large strips of beef or 6 large pork legs or any combination of the above. This means you can offer you guests or customers a large variety of different meats whilst still using the rotisserie style of cooking. The chicken spit requires the spit pole and motor from the spit roast kit is easily attached on to the Hog Master. Like the spit roast kit the chicken spit can be risen up once cooked into the service position and served from the machine.
